About pressure washing
Pressure washing covers two different methods. High pressure suits hard surfaces like concrete, brick and pavers, where the water itself does the work. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution, which is the safer way to clean vinyl siding, roofs, painted wood and anything that can be scarred or forced open by a strong jet.
Most homes on the South Shore need a mix of both. A typical visit might soft wash the house, then switch to a surface cleaner for the driveway and walkway. Pick everything you want done in the quote form and we'll price it as one job.
How the job goes
Pick the method for each surface
High pressure for concrete and pavers, soft washing for siding, roofs and painted wood.
Protect what's around it
Plants, outdoor lights, vents and doors get attention before any water goes on.
Clean and rinse
Each surface is cleaned evenly, then rinsed so no cleaner is left behind.
Pressure washing questions
Anything else, ask in the quote form and we'll answer by email.
Will pressure washing damage my siding?
High pressure can force water behind vinyl siding and strip paint, which is why siding gets soft washed at low pressure with a cleaning solution.
Can you do several surfaces in one visit?
Yes. Select every service you want in the quote form and you'll get one price for the whole job.
Do I need to be home?
Tell us in the quote form. If outdoor water access is available and gates are open, many exterior jobs can be done while you're out.
